How do you protect the condition of my property?

When a property has been taken over, we complete a full inventory and take the holding deposit from the tenant, which is then put forward, registered with one of the approved deposit protection services. We conduct regular inspections of every property to ensure they remain well cared for and highlight any issues before they escalate. When the tenant then leaves the property, we do our check-out inspection, to ensure that no damages have been made to your property,. The cost of any damages caused will then be taken from the deposit to so nothing comes out of your pockets.

What are the benefits of Guaranteed Rent for landlords?

The benefits of a rent guarantee scheme for landlords include no void periods, no rent arrears, no commission, no set-up fees, no renewal fees or any other “hidden extras”. No we don't. The rent agreed will be the rent that you receive from Ciprian Housing every month. We do not charge commission, management or any hidden fees of any kind.

Do I need a property licence?

It is a legal requirement that a valid HMO license is obtained before letting out your property. Our dedicated property experts will ensure that this is in place before proceeding with any arrangement.
